Social Dates

I prefer starting our time together with one or two casual or fun video chats to get to know each other and see if we click before meeting in person. I enjoy getting to know people socially first. Exploring new places together or you showing me places you know has always been very meaningful to me.

If we spend at least two social dates together and I feel comfortable, I will consider moving things to a more inclusive level. If that happens, I’ll share my Intimate Encounters page with you. Only a few special people get to know me closely. Will you be one of them?

I will always give my full attention, awareness, and maturity when we're together. I prefer longer, ongoing connections, but no matter what kind of time we spend, I look forward to meeting you with kindness, honesty, fun, and presence.

For Established Friends

Long Weekends — Typically Friday evening through Sunday afternoon (up to 36 hours - $2,600)

Round-the-Clock Encounters — Encounters requiring a deep exploration of a subject (up to 24 hours - $1,800)

Overnight Encounters — When the night turns into day (up to 15 hours - $1,000)

All Day Adventure — Let’s make it an all-day affair (7-11 hours - $750)

Longer-term Engagements — $1,800 (first 24 hours) + $900 for each additional 24 hours — 5 day maximum

SCHEDULING

I live in the upper Midwest United States, surrounded by beautiful lakes, streams, parks, and the mighty Mississippi River.

• From Fall through Spring, with few exceptions, I am only available to meet you on weekends with at least two weeks notice. But don’t despair! My summer availability is much more flexible.

• Please just be patient getting things scheduled as we plan our time together. I’ll try to make it worth your while, I promise!

• I’m also very happy to tentatively schedule a month or two in advance if that’s what you prefer.

DMTY TRAVEL

Please see below for additional travel & hospitality information. I organize all my own travel and outcall arrangements. All details will be discussed/agreed upon after verification but before receipt of deposit.

Example Minimum Time Together & Additional Travel Consideration

• Rochester, MN, Eau Claire, WI — 2 hour minimum engagement +$ 100 travel

• Dubuque, IA, Madison, WI — 3 hour minimum engagement +$ 150 travel

• Minneapolis, MN, Green Bay, WI, Milwaukee, WI — 4 hour minimum engagement + $200 travel

• Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO — 5 hour minimum engagement + $300 travel (may also incur airfare in addition to travel depending on time requirements)

FMTY TRAVEL

All FMTY travel requires airfare (First-Class, Business, or Coach Upgrade flights). I organize all my own travel and hotel arrangements. All details will be discussed/agreed upon after verification but before receipt of deposit.

Minimum Time Together & Additional Travel Consideration (excluding transportation expenses)

• Central Time Zone — 6 hour minimum engagement +$600 travel in addition to airfare & hospitality

• Eastern, Mountain or Western time zones — 8 hour minimum engagement +$800 travel in addition to airfare & hospitality

• International — 24 hour minimum engagement +$1,000 travel in addition to airfare and hospitality

HOSPITALITY

• I organize all my own travel arrangements and will be pleased to find us a cozy and private place to relax.

• Times we are together between 3 hours and 5 hours should include a meal.

• Times we are together between 6 and 12 hours should include 1-2 meals (depending on how hungry we are!)

• If our time together ends after 11pm, if requested, please plan on providing separate 4/5-star hotel accommodations. However, meeting for breakfast the next morning would be great!

• For times we are together for 12 hours or longer, please plan on providing separate 4/5-star hotel accommodations, 2 hours of personal time each day, and at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep time each night.

DEPOSITS

• Your total investment will be provided to you prior to confirming our meeting and after verification. A deposit equal to 25% of your time investment plus 100% of travel and accommodation expenses is requested that may be paid through Cash App, GooglePay, or Venmo. The remaining investment is required in US dollars at the time of our engagement for new clients. If discussed beforehand, electronic funds may be accepted for returning clients.

• FMTY and extended time together requires a 50% deposit and all travel expenses paid beforehand with the balance due in US dollars on arrival for new clients. If discussed beforehand, electronic funds may be accepted for returning clients.

CANCELLATIONS

• 48+ hours — entire deposit applied toward a future meeting

• 24-48 hours — 50% of deposit applied toward a future meeting

• 8-24 hours — forfeit deposit

• Less than 8 hours — forfeit deposit AND pay 50% of the remaining amount

• Fail to notify, or notify at/after date start time — forfeit deposit AND pay the entire remaining amount
